Reservation Policies

COVID-19 Policies (May 2020)

With COIVD-19 outbreak, Willowtail has adjusted the organization policies to keep our facilities safe and comfortable for our guests and staff.

    • Please take your temperature before your stay at Willowtail.  If it is above 100.4 degrees (38 degrees Celsius), please let us know and we will reschedule at no additional charge.
    • Only registered guests are allowed to the property.
    • Wear a mask whenever you are around other guests or employees.
    • Please respect the 6’ social distancing at all times during your visit when you are outside your cabin.

    • We do not offer refunds.  However, if you cannot come at your reserved time, we will be happy to reschedule any time within two years from your original reservation.
    • A minimum 3 night stay is required.
    • We will not check you in personally when you arrive.  Your cabin door will be unlocked and the key left inside. Call us when you are settled with any questions.
    • Check in time is between 4-6:00 PM. If you will be later than 6:00, please call in advance.
    • Please do not arrive after 8:00 PM [sundown] as you will disturb other guests.
    • Please make sure and bring the directions we sent to you so you know exactly how to get to Willowtail and to your specific cabin.
    • Your cabin will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before your arrival.  Our cleaning crew will be wearing masks and gloves and use approved sterilization methods, in keeping with CDC regulations and protocol.
    • No smoking allowed on the property or in the cabins.
    • No fires are allowed anywhere on the property
    • We do not allow pets under any circumstance.
    • For your greater safety, we are suspending our usual full assortment of breakfast items in your cabin.

Rescheduling:

    • if you have been recently exposed to a known source of COVID-19
    • if you have not complied with Safer-at-Home orders.
    • If you have any of these symptoms: coughing, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fever of 100.4 or above, Fahrenheit (38 degrees Celsius), chills, repeated shaking with chills, muscle pain and headache (apart from what you normally experience), sore throat, new loss of taste or smell. When you make your reservation(s) with us, please be aware of the policies we have. We want your experience to be as wonderful as possible, with no unexpected surprises. If any policy is unclear to you, please do not hesitate to call us!

Standard Policies:

  • A minimum 3 night stay is required without an additional fee.
  • Payment is required in full at time of reservation for 4 nights or less.
  • A deposit of at least one-half the total amount is due when a reservation is made for 5 nights or more. The remainder is due 30 days prior to your stay.
  • An additional charge of $15 per person per night for more than double occupancy.
  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
  • There are no refunds, but we will do our best to reschedule you within two years of your original date.
  • Guests are responsible for payment of dates agreed upon regardless of actual arrival or departure dates.
  • Check-in is from 4pm – 6pm. Please call to let us know if you will be late.
  • Check-out is 11am.
  • No smoking anywhere on the property.
  • No fires allowed on the property.
  • We cannot accept pets.
