Reservation Policies (Vacation Rental)

Seven night rental for vacation home rate.

50% deposit is due at the time of reservation. The remainder plus sales and lodging tax is due 30 days prior to your arrival.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
There are no refunds, but we will do our best to reschedule you.
We can also offer you suggestions for trip insurance to cover your accommodations if you are interested.
Guests are responsible for payment of dates agreed upon regardless of actual arrival or departure dates.
Check-in is from 4-6p.m., Please call to let us know if you will be late.
Check-out is 11a.m
No smoking anywhere on the property except in your car.
No fires are allowed on the property. We are in the woods and have many fire bans issued in our region.
We cannot accept pets. Although we love animals, many of our guests are allergic to the pets who would have been in the cabins before them. Our resident pets, one dog and 2 cats, are outdoor animals. They are never in the cabins.
