Please remember when scheduling for both elopements and small weddings:
You need to pick up your license at a Court House anywhere in Colorado during their open hours [usually 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday through Friday].  You need to drop off the license after the ceremony on a weekday also.

Check in: 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Check out: 11:00 AM

Elopements:
There is a 3 night minimum stay and a site/coordinator fee of $300. 

Weddings:

November 1 - April 30:

The following prices include lodgings for 8 people, [bride and groom in the Bungalow and up to 6 in the Lakehouse]. These prices also include use of house and grounds for ceremony and reception for up to 8 people. Please refer to the services below or  Extra Luxuries page for additional amenities.

Three night rate:    $2,289 [includes lodging, site fee and tax]
Four night rate:     $2,877 [includes lodging, site fee and tax] 

May 1 - October 31:

The following price includes lodging for up to 12 people in all three of our cabins [including either the Bungalow or  the Garden Cottage for the bride and groom]. This price also includes use of house and grounds for ceremony and reception for up to 12 people.

Three night rate:    $3,554 [includes lodging, site fee and tax] 
Four night rate:     $4,093 [includes lodging, site fee and tax]
