Please remember when scheduling for both Elopements and small Weddings:
You need to pick up your license somewhere at a Court House in Colorado during their open hours [usually 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday through Friday].

Elopements:
We do not charge a site fee for Elopements. You pay only for your regular lodging and any extra amenities you want to add.

The following prices include lodgings for 8 people, [bride and groom in the Bungalow and up to 6 in the Lakehouse]. These prices also include use of house and grounds for ceremony and reception for up to 8 people. Please refer to the services below or Extra Luxuries page for additional amenities. People usually want to put together their own package.

$1710 [includes lodging, site fee and tax

Three night rate:
Check in: 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Check out: 11:00 AM
$2292 [includes lodging, site fee and tax

The following price includes lodging for up to 12 people in all three of our cabins [including either the Bungalow or the Garden Cottage for the bride and groom] for 3 nights. This price also includes use of house and grounds for ceremony and reception for up to 12 people, site fee and tax.

4."Sit Down" Buffet Dinner Reception, maximum 12 people [Menus are available from the caterers]	$300 [2-10 people] $30 per person [beyond 10 people]
5. "Sit Down" Rehearsal Dinner, maximum, 12 people	Same price as buffet dinner
6. Wedding Cake	$30-$60 depending on size of group
7. Officiate	$150-200
8. Limousine Service	$215 [2 hours] $375 [4 hours]
9. Plate of chocolate covered fruit for your guests in each cabin.	$20 for two
10. Ice cream with chocolate sauce, raspberries and fried pecans	$25 for two
11. Aromatic Massage for two before or after the wedding	$160 for two, one full hour each
12. Romantic dinner for two for your honeymoon	$185
13. Basket lunch for two [can be expanded for more]	$55 for two

Many couples who want a larger wedding work with us to make the arrangements for the main events close-by and still use Willowtail Springs for:
