Small Intimate Weddings, Destination Elopement, Romantic Honeymoon in SW Colorado
Honeymooners have spent this special time in their lives at Willowtail Springs for many years and for many reasons. We hope you will think about us for this special event if there is a honeymoon in your future.
Located Durango, Mancos and Cortez, Willowtail Springs offers an economic, romantic and enchanting celebration. Classy and charming, the B&B cabins are beautifully furnished, in the midst of lust gardens on sixty acres, forests, streams, a private lake and boats for trout and bass fishing or day dreaming. The surroundings are a rare treasure and a photographic paradise. The night sky and the rainbows are a treat in themselves from the two person hot tub or the fields. The abundance of birds are a joy to see and to hear.

Some couples actually decide to marry during a stay at Willowtail Springs. Others plan ahead for this event in a variety of ways. Romantic and economical, there is only the cost of the stay and a coordination fee starting at $300, unless more than 4 people are present at the ceremony, in which case an additional site fee may be charged unless the entire property is booked with the wedding party.
You can marry yourself in Colorado with or without a witness or have a relative, clergyman or friend do the ceremony. In this case, Willowtail Springs provides the lovely backdrop of landscape and interiors. Remember when scheduling your ceremony that you must pick up your license at a Court House in Colorado during their open hours (usually 9 a.m.–5 p.m. Monday–Friday). You can drop off the license after the ceremony or send it in.
