Reservation Policies

  • Minimum 2 night stay required without an additional fee.
    An additional charge of $30 per night for less than the minimum stay.
  • Payment is required in full at time of reservation for 4 nights or less.
  • A deposit of at least one-half the total amount is due when reservation is made for 5 nights or more. The remainder plus sales and lodging tax is due 30 days prior to your stay.
  • An additional charge of $30 per person per night for more than the maximum number of people in any cabin.
  • Discounts: 1. Book 2 or more cabins for the same nights, receive a $10 discount per cabin per night 2. Always check the savings on seasonal discounts other specials.
  • We accept Visa and MasterCard.
  • There are no refunds, but we will do our best to reschedule you.
  • We can also offer you suggestions for trip insurance to cover your accommodations if you are interested.
  • Guests are responsible for payment of dates agreed upon regardless of actual arrival or departure dates.
  • Check-in is from 4-6p.m., Please call to let us know if you will be late.
  • Check-out is 11a.m
  • No smoking anywhere on the property except in your car.
  • No fires are allowed on the property. We are in the woods and have many fire bans issued in our region.
  • We cannot accept pets. Although we love animals, many of our guests are allergic to the pets who would have been in the cabins before them. Our resident pets, one dog and 2 cats, are outdoor animals. They are never in the cabins.
